KATIE
Katie Brannock aka “Tea Lady” was trained in contemporary pilates in 2017 - and has been working in both private and group space Pilates for 7 years. She specializes in pelvic floor awareness, injury rehabilitation, muscle release and (especially!) building routine for Pilates newbies to get comfortable on their machine and in their own bodies!
